Pricing – Schedule a Photo Shoot

Real Estate Photography

Creating photographs that capture the true feeling and character of interior spaces using natural and artificial light. Each space is unique and I take the time to capture the views and angles that will generate interest in the home.

Please note that this pricing only applies to real estate specific photography.

Standard Package

This shoot produces 20-25 images and takes approx. 1-2 hours on location. This also includes post processing of the images.

Images are delivered sized for MLS. High-resolution images will be delivered upon request if needed.

This is ideal for the standard home listing up to 3500 SqFt of finished space.

$150

Twilight shots are an additional $50

Estate Package

This shoot produces 35 or more images and takes approx. 2-2.5 hours on location. This also includes post processing of the images.

Images are delivered sized for MLS. High-resolution images will be delivered upon request if needed.

This is ideal for a larger home listing with more than 3500 SqFt of finished space.

Real Estate Photography Add-on Services

Twilight photography – $50

Advanced Twilight – $75

(One image showcasing the exterior at twilight using advanced light painting technique to illuminate the property. The image is then blended and processed in Photoshop for a unique image that will stand out from the competition. Due to the timing and the need to blend multiple images in post-processing only one image can be created.)

Elevated photography – $40 (4 images)

(Exterior photos taken from a higher perspective of up to 16’ to showcase the property and surrounding areas)

Matterport Pricing

The pricing for Matterport 3D scanning is based on the size of the home being scanned.

$225 for the first 3500 Sqft.

($.05 per SqFt over 3500)
